Your online order

The entire Hayleen Paris collection is available for sale online on our website Hayleen-paris.fr. The article is available for purchase online as soon as the words "buy" or "order" appear.

You can also find a selection of articles in our Parisian store.

In order to place your order with Hayleen Paris, add an item to your shopping cart by clicking on the "add to cart" button on the selected item's page. Be sure to indicate if necessary the size and the quantity desired. Once you have selected your items, complete your order by clicking on "my basket" and then on "proceed to payment".

Choose and fill in your payment method to finalize your order.
You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. When your Hayleen Paris order is shipped, a second email will be sent to you with a tracking number to continue the delivery of your package.

Our site Hayleen Paris is able to ship your order in France and anywhere in the world.

The carrier delivers to the address indicated on your order. We do not have the possibility to deliver to a relay point.

We do our best to process orders within 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During busy periods (sales, end of year celebrations, black friday) please note that orders may require more time to be processed.

For shipments to France: when your order has been processed, it takes between 24 and 48 hours to receive your package.

For shipments to Europe: once your order has been processed, it takes between 24 and 72 hours to receive your package.

For shipments to international destinations: once your order has been processed, it takes between 3 and 5 days to receive your package.

We remind you that this period starts from the moment your order is shipped. An email will be sent to you.

We ship your order with DHL express or Colissimo.

All shipments are delivered against signature.

It is possible to pay in 2, 3 or 4 times without fees.
